We haul header trailers all the time in the US with regular pickup trucks. In fact, it is the most common way to travel to flelds here.

Yeh but the pickup trucks in the us are alot bigger, higher and better made than our pickup trucks in the uk. Americans all have massive wheels amd they are huge. Our pickup trucks arent high up with smaller wheels and rims and arent as long either. I may of repeated myself but i havent slept for a long time. Us are bigger and better for pickups. I wish we had the tundra pro in the uk. Thats beautiful. Inside and out.

Nov. 2, 2024 The new barn is going up nicely. Cardboard George!!! Oh my goodness. I was giggling the whole time he was zooming around the farm. What a brilliant idea and he looks quite spiffy in his suit and tie. 🤣🤣 He is right though, if I were sneaking around and saw that coming at me, I'd run just as fast as I could in the opposite direction!! 🏃‍♀ You did a real nice job clearing that field Mr. Scroft. I really like the JD telehandler. Maybe Mr. George should just take it a let you put it on your farm. Poor Mr. Ross. It's a shame he feels like he's "been robbed", especially since he and Mr. G are supposed to be friends. Can't help but like Mr. Ross. He's such a sweetheart. Another smashing episode Mr. Scroft. Scruff, I would keep your case so that you have a powerful enough tractor for doing your field work. Get the ford and use it for around the yard and have the Leyland serve as a backup. Plus having that case for the straw blower would be best. And since they're selling the sheep,sell the trailer with them, too. Or trade it in for one for cows. Again another great episode

Great episode as usual you can’t swap that lovely case tractor for that ugly little Ford something like that case 856 you fixed for Batman would be much better 856 were built in German the are a very cable tractor and are still a very sort after tractor it would do everything the case you have now can do but with a shorter wheel base It’s not all about horses it’s about how it’s used

Dont sell the case leave it and buy the ford aswell so that you have a good yard tractor and a tractor big enough for the field work and when the case isnt in the fields it can stay on the straw blower instead of having constantly swap between feed mixer and the straw blower
