How did you make the cardboard Waterproof? (I’m also building a cardboard sub) (just used these milk packages)

Cardboard from milk cartons and natural juice packs does not get wet for some time, to increase the water resistance I cover the ship with insulating tape of the corresponding color)

Back in U20's days, subs were invulnerable when submerged- no depth charges , no sonar! One proposal was to use a hammer to break the periscope!

@@jimalexander8734 It would also have been possible to use a ship's ram)

Картон и чулок плюс смола Эпоксидная, либо картон олифа натуральная, и маслянная краска. Высохнет, Ошкурить и так несколько раз. Можно обклеить картон бинтом и потом краской опять же три раза . ❤ удачи

Very funny, great work and greetings from Sweden. But how can you have a cardboard-model in water, it wont get destroyed???
@john-craftАй бұрын
Special cardboard - these are milk cartons or boxes of natural juice, such cardboard is more water-resistant)
