please dont laugh at me, but i have a question if you could only buy ONE or TWO cards as a LONG TERM INVESTMENT that is EASY TO SELL that is between say $5,000-$10,000 basketball card, that will HOLD ITS VALUE and possibly go up in the long term, which one would it be? thanks, NOT as a short term FLIP that you think will go up, but that is already expensive but will hold its value for sure.

Leverage. We don’t need to buy, we don’t need to sell. Not a bad thing, just helps in negotiating when you don’t need to sell or buy. But we make plenty of deals - we just don’t record more than 10% of all the deals we make as a business.
