I also wanted to buy the Virtus 1.0 tsi. But the ac vents, power window switches and other plastic materials had sub-par quality. Also while the black interior looks great in camera, it gave a little congested feeling. Although refined, it is still a 3 cylinder engine. If you’re a performance enthusiast, definitely go for the GT. It was a little expensive for me and I would rather buy XUV in that range. Hence, I purchased Honda City MT. Its performance is also off the charts and the interior is top notch. It might feel a little dated and old fashioned but I prefer premium parts and reliability over everything else.

Bro kushaq was the 1st indian 2.0 vag car release in 2021. Not a single dsg issue till date has been heard. I agree that 3 years is a short time period but vw skoda has de tuned alot their dsg TCU. And dsg breakdown was prevalent in diesel ventos and rapids due to their high torque at crawling speeds. I don't think you have to worry about dsg now.

There is 6 year extended warranty on gearbox. Also no breakdown yet, so nothing to worry.

@@manikkumar2709 thats not the answer to my question ... time is irrelevant, suppose the dsg gearbox fails becz of some human stupidity/ errors... so now tell me what would be the repair or replacement cost of 7speed dsg gearbox. Last yr in delhi due to record heavy rainfall on 28th June my neighbour friend carignis git submerged in his parking he has to sell it beczthe gearbox failure and it repairwas quoted around 2lakh rs

I was going to buy the 1.5 gt in february or march and i was quoted about 1.5 lakhs of discount overall which is costing me around 20.5-21 lakhs, but after be 6e its hard for me to go for this as it has way more power, rear wheel drivability, etc and at about 22 lakhs i am hoping that i would get the mid variant ho it with larger 79kwh battery pack, or may be smaller 59kwh battery pack version of top model we’ll see, but i cannot go with the virtua anymore because of mahindra’s market disrupters be 6e and xev 9e
