soul saver is so op in the anime in vanguard zero game they nerf soul saver dragon it can only boost power of 2 cards instead of all cards on your field

You must not have seen the OG anime then. If anything, Zero Soul Saver is sort of a buff from the OG series since it became an ACT, RC accessible and SB 4, also it boosts 3 rears and not 2.

Because ZERO isn't REA; Vanguard. It's only Vanguard by name. ZERO changed so much and this is how the V Series version of Soul Saver works. So it isn't anime exclusive like you think it is. I should know I play the physical card game.
