I was watching a TV show that she guest starred on (Being Mary Jane) and that is how I found out about her. I was listening before I saw what she looked like. I only watched this show because Cardi. Hot 97 hosts are so shady and then once you're there in front of them they switch up. Cardi B is not an example of how to live the right life however everyone goes through what they go through to tell THEIR story. At the end of the day I commend her for being so open & honest & making the decision to pursue her dreams. I felt like this show tries to rip people apart. I get it you are interviewers &( Ebro you are the best at it by the way) although You still shady as hell but this is her life. what message are you all putting into the world by publicly judging people who are clearly trying to make a better life for themselves? What kind of messages are you sending to your viewers? This girl is 23 years old & I think no one is in the position to judge her. Not because she's young but because she's human. This interview was a contradiction because you can't tell someone that they need to be a role model & then ridicule them for their choices.
