Would it not make sense to switch by having someone on the other side of the trolly ready to get on the chest as soon as the other person stops? Also, I was a bit shocked by the ward manager’s bagging and then stepping away, all reducing external circulatory time/resuscitation. Would it not have been better for her to hold on to the BVM ready to breathe. Communication seemed lacking and the team leader was talking over everyone, so that the compression count couldn’t be heard. It was like watching one person who was a little panicked while the ward manager seemed not to be bothered whether ROSC was achieved or not. Sorry to be negative, just my view. If this is what resuscitation in psychiatric units is like thank you for the video as it not only highlights a need for increased training but does provide the BLS protocol in a realistic manor
