To all the folks saying this is NOT cardiac arrest, you are correct, because as we can see the "Fake patient" has a BP. You can in fact be pulseless and have sinus tachycardia or other rhythm on the monitor!

It is not yet Arrest but soon and possibly difficult to revive. I'm seriously worry of the etCO2, HR & BP. Is manikin under general anaesthesia? perspire ++ & feverish?. We need another anaesthesia machine with new circuit, rapid cooling & Dantrolene.

A heart attack with cardiac arrest doesn't equal V-Tach. V- Tach is an issue with the electrical conductuction of the ventricles and a heart attack is a blocked artery causing heart muscle to die. Cardiac arrest is not equivalent to heart attacks

@@moonlover5544 Cardiac Arrest means there is no pulse, on this specific monitor, there is pulse. Arrhythmia means a rhythm other than sinus rhythm, sinus tachycardia is not an arrhythmia but VT is an arrhythmia, educate yourself.

Bless your soul. I’m currently in the hospital with a steady heart rate that never goes below 120. Some time ago I had multiple nights where I was sleeping and it was hovering around 150-160. The highest heart rate I have ever had was 5 weeks ago, when it was a whopping 235.
