@@D-Drivemusic yeah, nothing ever really dies. It just becomes more niche and background. During COVID a longtime curiosity developed into a passion for music production. And what did I pick for a genre? Hard trance / acid. Which kinda were swallowed by hardstyle when it became poppy around 2008, or just kinda died in its pure form (especially the 303 still appears a lot. Forms an element in many tracks in fact. But the the plain tb-303+tr-909 magic duo of an instrumentation line isn't produced anymore to ny knowledge). The current track that is closest to being released, is acidcore though. I mean, it combines my love for acid with my nostalgia for oldschool hardcore. It's perfect for me. And acidcore for sure still is an active genre. Pretty popular in the rave/squatters scene.

@@D-Drivemusic also, this track I fell in love with ever since I heard it some 15 years ago. But it's the only one I know of you made. Looking for D-drive tended to yield search results about computers you know 😂 if you have any more of this good stuff, I'd love to hear it 😁

@@Quadr44t True! Though that classic 303+909 combo can nowadays be found in more rave oriented techno like Charlotte de Witte and Reinier Sonneveld.
