Did you turn on the lane guidance feature in the MMI? I'm pretty sure when thats turn on, activating lane guidance while active cruise is on will have two little green arrows pointing to the car aside from the two green lanes. Could you please double check? Right now i think only the lane departure warning is active.

this feature is ideal if you go on highway lock in and enter into cruise control relax...cool feature though accelerates and decelerates.
