Wow I’ve just walked passed the construction site and the granite paving is looking amazing and the craftsmen installing it are so professional in their attitude and appearance it’s a pleasure to see Welsh working men keeping the tradition going fabulous. Fair play to HSS PAVING WOW!

where are the buses going to be, i remember that area was full of buses and you could go to any part of cardiff from one distinct point. If you were a tourist you were only 100 ft from any bus service and could easily find the service you wanted. As a cardiff resident all my life, i have no idea where any bus service starts from now.

The bus station was also next to the railway station to connect easily. Now it’s in Sophia Gardens. I’m also confused about future plans

Have they actually started this yet. Many years ago they demolished the old bus station and we have been waiting for years for them to put something back in its place. Now if you want to catch a bus anywhere its absolute chaos trying to find out where it starts its journey from or where it ends if you are going into Cardiff. Its the most shambolic arrangements of any capital city I have ever visited, the difference being that this is my capital city, what an advert for Wales.

The old station had 30+ bus bays and the new one will have only 14. I remember when they first announced the plans for this, here we are now 2021 and the construction has only started Cardiffs changing not for the better. Its all gone to shit

i don,t like what this it looks like they just put buses no double decker buses and how are they gonna managed if they need them i really hope they don,t go like swansea because if they do i will not go there ever again unless i take the train only
