Ya when ur a later pick ur just fucking thank full u got picked and don't have to go out begin teams to pick u up as a UDFA. Being drafted, 1st or 7nd, is a great accomplishment. I think it’s a mixture. Depends on a lot of things. Look at Byron Murphy and his family and he was a high pick. Also, go watch Baker Mayfield’s draft party/selection and tell me that’s not emotional. Kyler just knew and had the confidence. He’s not a real emotional guy either but it doesn’t mean he’s not grateful

I’m a Ravens fan but I really like this Cardinals team: QB- Kyler Murray RB- David Johnson WR- Larry Fitzgerald, Hakeem Butler, Andy Isabella, Christian Kirk DB- Patrick Peterson, Byron Murphy, Deiontae Thompson, DJ Swearinger D-line and O-line are not very strong but that secondary and skill position talent could be deadly. I wouldn’t be surprised if Dorsey jokingly offered Keim an outrageous trade for the pick. In all seriousness, Michael Bidwill can certainly be criticized for some things, but his creation of things like All or Nothing and Flight Plan have been great business/public relations decisions. He’s become very creative in the way he has promoted and marketed a franchise which would’ve never had the vision, ability or desire to do these things when his father was Team President.

Cards traded a 1, 3, and 5 to move up to take Rosen. The second round pick in between was spent on a WR. They then took 3 "Kingsbury guys" at WR this year. They still have Fitz. So the 2018 WR could be 4th or 5th on the depth chart. Now THATS a wasted draft if Ive ever seen one.
