I don't see anything wrong with tangerines in ramen. You can put pretty much anything in ramen. I can think of very few things that wouldn't be good in it. And while unorthodox, cooking fruits and putting them in something savory isn't super weird. I mean we put pineapple on ham, lemon on fish, and have orange chicken, so it's fine.
