Just a couple of observation regarding dosage of drugs cited in the presentation. It seems to me that .5mg/Kg o mannitol is a small amount (i.e 250ml of Mannitol 10% is 25g of mannitol, approximately .5g/Kg) and the protamine heparin ratio is 1mg of protamine neutralises 100U of heparin.

To simplify the chaos : 1gm of heparin = 100 Units of heparin = 1 gm of protamine requiring to neutralise the same!
