I love your ideas and your no nonsense way of giving us the information we want without a lot of fluff. I love your small tidy crafting space as well.
@sevenandthelittlestmew6 жыл бұрын
The coolest part of this is how you showed different techniques and then pulled all of those together to make that one card. Soooo smart, resourceful and a great use of all these good ideas! With that said, like you and others, that direct to paper technique with the cubes was the bomb! It looks like 8-bit pixels. That makes me happy.
@pattyann78036 жыл бұрын
I love the small ink pads. I like he ombré technique the best but find all the hacks very useful.

Old school plastic pencil case boxes work great for mini ink storage as well even the rectangular Archival they’re really cheap too

Such cool techniques! It's really nice to see some super fun and original ideas in card making.

My favorite was how to apply different inks to stamps for the ombre look. Thank you, Simon. 😊

That was brilliant!!! I love mini inkpads because they're easier for me to control with my arthritic hands. Thank you so much!!!
@pamelab78716 жыл бұрын
I have found the mini ink pads to be easier to use on stamps when using a stamping device. The smaller ink surface means that ink is not smeared all over the plastic cover. Reduces your clean up to a minimum.

You have a good eye for colour and fine detail. My 9 year old daughter Lydia and I could watch you videos all day long!! 🤗

Hey Simon.. love your videos you give some of the best tips. My favorite was the way you used multiple ink pads to stamp the butterflies. Plus a beautiful card as well.. well all of them really. Keep up the great work and inspiration. Your a doll.

Hack #2, I've used for years on a leaf stamp with lots of lines, not solid. I would do yellow over all the stamp, then red on one side on the edge and orange on the other. Or instead of orange, green on one side. It makes the leaves look so rich and dimensional.
@kimcarlisle15106 жыл бұрын
The cloud technique you did is amazing!!!
