Excellent information. I found a replacement battery that fits in the unit: 3.7V 1250mAH 682052 702050 polymer lithium ion / Li-ion. And if you order the battery with a 1mm plug, it will be an easy swap. It can be found from various internet shops.

Did you try it already? Because mine isn’t working at all, I assume there is a security chip or something that blocking a new battery. Exact specs as you have mentioned, 3.7v 1250mah and fits inside as original battery. But after replacing old battery with a new one and then return old battery in Cardo - it starts working as a new one😅no more “low power” and all that stuff, works all day long and still “Battery status- full”

@@cooper_tony yes, I have the new battery installed and the unit works flawlessly. One thing thou, the 1mm plug has a different shape, so I had to use the plug from my old battery. It's an easy soldering job to swap. No big deal.
