I'm from NA, but is just me or on JP the secrets are really secrets there? because usually here on a box (which is quite bigger because have the double of boosters) we get 1 secret at least, sometimes can get 1 secret and 1 secret AA.

Yup! In extra boosters we are only guaranteed 3 regular secrets per case (12 boxes).
