To remember #21 Mountain, I see the garden (#20) at base of mountain and the Rider (#1) riding up the mountain (20 + 1 = 21). It works for me!

To remember 19 The Tower, think about a big posh party (Garden 20) and when all your visitors leave (Rider 1) you are left with a big empty tower. 20-1 =19
