I have SO MANY patterned paper collections, and I don't use them! I love pretty paper and all the ephemra but struggle with using it on a card. I bought it to make mini albums, which I haven't done for two years now(someone commissioned me to make a mini album for his daughter and even gave me the pictures to put inside for him. I think it was placing the pictures that did me in. Since I design and build my own albums from the album base up (they can hold up to 200+ photos in one album), it is quite a chore. She was four at the time, and he brought me almost 500 photos. I ended up making two albums to fit most of the photos. I think it cured me of buying more patterned paper, and I haven't bought any since, but the dozens of collections still remain in my iris cases. I know I'll make more albums, but right now, I still do not want to touch a piece of patterned paper. Pretty cards and great ideas, tho and when I think of how much I have in my stash, I realize that I could make nothing but patterned paper cards and tons of mini albums and still never use up what I have. I should just sell the collections and get it out of my craft room, but I have no idea how.

Hi Tina! Your cards are wonderful. I love how you always make a beautiful focal point on which to focus your card. This was an absolutely Wonderful tutorial! Is there any way you can make a similar tutorial on how you come up with focal points for your cards. With different compositions such as using big word dies, or using lots of small stamped images, using a big stamped image, etc. I would really appreciate it because I simply stare at all my products and don’t know how to make a nice focal point so just keep doing the same thing over and over…
