I love the sven golly deck. Though I know it as a short and long deck. What I do is I start the trick by showing them all the cards are different. You can do this by riffling them as you put them on the table. Than, square up the deck and turn it over. Slowly riffle through the deck face down and tell them to tell you when to stop, show them what they cut to and it'll be the forced card, put it back and then start asking questions. If they're comfortable I like to hold their wrist "to feel for the heart beat to help me figure what card is theirs." This takes all the heat off the deck (but I like to ruin that. You don't have to do what I do next though.) I like to go through the deck and right off the bat say, "red or black, okay I think you smiled a little at black." This is of course wrong because the card I end up forcing is always the king of hearts. They try their best to keep themselves together and if they try to stop me I'll just go "no no no no, I got this don't say anything." Usually they shut up after that. After I'm done and they are sure there is no way I could know what their card is I go through the deck and put down my prediction. I asked them what their card is pretend like I'm shocked. "Darn, well, you know I wasn't that far off though, in fact..." then you flip it over and they just lose their mind. They start asking how I did that. This is the important part, at some point during all this talking switch the short and long for a deck of only the forced card. Right after I go. "Okay, but I kinda cheated." And they are like what do you mean? So I go: "Well I tricked you, I showed you the cards and said they were all different so you believed me but the truth is..." then show them a deck of only their card and they will lose their minds again. This whole thing is better if you say you are gonna do a mentalism trick from the start, because both explanations fit that mentalism thing.
