I have rotala indica plant's & have a led grow light on them & their some what growing but also getting hair algae on them, I have them in a 30 gal long tank to start out with. I just got a 75 gal tank just the other day & will have to wait till spring to get it set up (got to rearrange area) but when I go to transfer the plants over to the 75 gal how do I get the hair algae off the plants & KEEP it off?

Not sure if you’ve resolved this or not apologies for not getting to this faster. But algae is a whole topic on itself. The hair algae could be due to several reasons and you would need to identify the root cause to fully be rid of it and that takes time and patience. A lot of others have posted algae videos you can look up to help you with @aquariumcoop has some great content regarding algae. Thanks for watching!

Hey sorry I haven’t got to this quicker. Glad the video helped you out some. I haven’t really focused on anything lately unfortunately due to life getting in the way but I have a complete new project coming up stay tuned! Thanks for watching!

My bacopa looks similar, but i notice the leafs look a lot rounder. Did you ever get bacopa? Mines are still on the small side.
