👍👍. 10.50 keh..9.50 is what the care home I work with pays me..they couldn't even give me extra shifts during the holiday period..they only increased my work to 8-8 instead of 10-8 and I did 24hrs a week. On the contract I signed they said I can't work with another employer..what's your take on this. Good job and well done 💪

I think the pay is small, and restricting you from working with another employer is just absurd. Meanwhile, you can get the necessary experience and join an agency… they pay higher and have more shifts often times.

Join a union and get legal advice. Ukvi gives you 20h with other employers..they are encroaching on ur rights. You should review ur contract
