Care.org, Howard Roark, and a movie

I spent a summer working for CARE and got to go to their annual conference back in 2008-- it is an AMAZING organization, and I am so thrilled to see the HPA talk about it! Care (Cooperative for Assistance and Relief Everywhere) not only is incredible in its work empowering women and girls, but one thing they do relating to the climate crisis is help communities prone to flooding switch to raising ducks instead of chickens. Their programs are truly life-changing; please everyone check CARE out!
