I have 4 years of exp as SAP Fico consultant.I can relate whatever you said in this video. I have seen many people in my team who did the SAP certification and from finance background but they don't even know the basics. However there are people who learn the concept and have lesser exp still they perform well.

Its quiet difficult to get a chance to work on end to end implementation project in MNCs but every other company wants candidate who has exp of min 2 end to end implementation project. However I have worked on implementation of fiscal year, sap version upgrade project and now single handedly working on implementation of DME project. But how can one convince interviewer who are looking for candidates having end to end implementation. Please share your thoughts on this, it will help a lot.
