Here, if you are on windows, and have docker for windows installed, and then, you can skip the Linux installation, right? We could run GNS3 on windows like your configuration.

I am curious, are the GNS3 Test and Production topologies always running in the background or does the Drone Server trigger (build and start/only start) it in some way?

Build server is the central point for kicking off everything once you initiate your git commit so it starts and stops network topologies via GNS3.
