Working in the same institution for a long time will have a negative impact over our thought process, we will deal with the same set of students in terms of demography. We will start living in a comfort zone, which makes us not to take much risk in life. And finally, we may not be able to create a network with other state/district professors. I have worked in 6 colleges as of now, this is what my observations are. I may be wrong!
