Hello shadab!! I am a huge follower of your channel and hence i know that you are interested towards business and construction side of the architecture. That goes same with me, before coming into architecture I wanted to be a businessman. But as soon as i got into college all i got to hear is its nit possible. But like you i didn't let those have me change my dream. So preciously i have been researching about business side of architecture and that's where one of your videos came up and never missed any of your videos after that day. But to add to this list i think "architect as developer" is another type of professionals that can be an option. For example ar. Jonathan Segal FAIA from San Diego is successful in winnig awards and putting out good architecture but also earning a nics living while doing what he loves. Would like to definately see a video dedicated to this topic "architect as developer" from you. I will be waiting 👍

I can not understand why this relatives are so annoying my parents are ready for me to take architecture as career but my relatives always say architecture don't have job , architecture don't have salary , architecture is underemployed , architecture is waste of money and many more please make a video to close mouth of like this people 🙏🙏

Hi Shadab. I have been watching, learning and loving your content ever since I subscribed your channel. I hope you won't mind helping me clear a little confusion I have. After 12th, the Diploma (Arch. Asst.) is 2 years only, right?. In one of your videos (Interior Architecture Pt. 6) you said the has to be 3 years at around 3:48 mark. Please help me clear this out whether 2 year diploma holders after 12th (Arch. Asst.), with 1 year relevant experience afterwards, are eligible for IIA or not? Regards

Hey, Am glad that my content is really helpful for you and Thankyou though for subscribing my channel. Now, answering to your question, It is compulsory of having 3year Diploma Degree. And Even after completing 12th class, you want to pursue Diploma in Arch Asst for 3 years (there will be no relaxation). As per my knowledge other courses provided you this liberty that after 12th diploma degree will be like 2 years only but not in the case of Arch Asst. And if you want to Re confirm this, then do one thing. Call any college or university who is providing this diploma degree. if they give you the words that after 12th you have to do only 2years to get this diploma degree then its perfectly fine for you 👍🏼

Yes, it is confirmed that Diploma (Arch Asst.) for 12th passed students will be 2 years only (an AICTE approved college). My concern, however, is whether the IIA would recognise it or not for their exam, since it is 2 years instead of 3?

Bachelor degree is perfectly fit to provide you the Job in any type of firm. But again, if someone who have Master degree, then usko hi pehli priority milegi 😅

Go for B.Arch (Bachelor of architecture) 😀 otherwise you can start your own FIRM and start firm in which you can take interiors project or else small residence turnkey project (if you are minded)
