I m studying from smolensk....its good but the hostels are not good from 2nd year.....but you have an option to go apartment.........and the rules and regulations are very strict like no alcohol, no cigarettes and you should return to your hostel before 8 pm breaking these rules means you will be expelled from the University....such strictness is lack by all other universities in Russia

True, Avoid few i am listing Moykop, Poskov, Ural, Kabardino and many more total 17 universities are there in Russia where students must avoid to go and beware of Students studying in Russia with their KZbin channel and Insta id they have became now AGENT not Doctor and they are being heavily paid by consultant from India to promote those university and trap the students.

Bro....let me tell you something about mess....in my university mess there is an Indian ( Rajasthan) cook the food is quite good but the cost is very expensive .....13k to 14k (for veg) and 15k to 17k (non veg) a month and only for two time a day the lunch and the dinner , breakfast not included........i use to cook my self which cost around 10k to 12k a month (INCLUDING KFC, BURGER KING and other useless expenses).......I know many students who join mess in first year but now ther are cooking themselves
