This is great content! My question is, how will business schools or grad programs evaluate the GRE test score? Most schools have not updated their averages. So let's say student A took the Shorter GRE and scored a 163 quant. Student B took the long version of the GRE and scored a 163 quant. Will business schools evaluate the scores evenly? How will that impact the score weight the schools are using?

They aren't getting into this much detail. They don't have time or energy nor do they care. All they will look at is your overall score and your scale breakdown and put that in context of 1. their historic averages and their targets vis-a-vis the average they will send to rankings and 2. the rest of the information they have about you. You want a strong overall score and especially a good quant score. This is more true the less quant proof you have in your profile otherwise.

@CareerProtocol Thanks! What's a strong quant score for a non-traditional candidate? Like if I scored at the schools averages last year, would that be enough to show efficiency in quant?

@@Mikebuddy2229 Depends on your transcript and the breakdown of your GMAT. Basically, do your best to show at least one very strong quant data point and preferably more than one.

Pardon me, I don't have any extracurricular activities since I have a little difficult situation at home, in that case what would you suggest ?

Make sure you highlight your drive for good, contributions to others, and desire to push yourself to grow wherever you are doing these things. You don't need extracurriculars to show that!

Do you have a video talking about how to choose the best test? I am a international student and have a 3.96 GPA on my undergrad. Should I lean on the hope that some schools are waiving the test score when you have a good GPA? or you would recommend me still taking the test?
