Misinformation! Salesforce is not about no code. Today majority of projects includes LWC customization (means Front End). Salesforce is not about infra. Devs will be working on the tool, customizing it using code for biz requirements.

it depends to if you are Salesforce Developer then surely there will coding in it, but if just a Salesforce Admin then there isn't
