Came to this video through the Rich Roll podcast with Tim Ferriss. Had never heard of Tim before the Rich Roll podcast but was struck by that interview because a seemingly successfull guy has been so out of touch with his emotions! I am really happy that Tim has begun exploring himself deeper even though it is difficult. I strongly recommend therapy or meditation for anyone who is so self loathing!
