Excellent talk and knowledge sharing. Risk management seems like an excellent career choice in the finance space, especially for those that are interested in a work-life balance that becomes more and more significant as you mature. The one striking difference I saw in the way Sushant answered questions is in an indirect manner. E.g. the question about work hours. It would have been great to know how many hours Sushant works a day or week on average. Also, he would have an idea of how many hours people with operational risk, credit risk, etc. work a day/week as an estimate. In my view the ability to throw some numbers out there is important.
