Hats off to you guys. This is a wonderful initiative. I think this is the first of the kind in youtube. You people have invested so much of your precious time. You did a wonderful job. I have never seen a demo project with scenarios like this which covers not only the ceremonies but also the role played by the SM, PO and the scrum team. It also gives the knowledge on JIRA tool as well. I feel extremely satisfied after watching this session. I already know theoritically about the agile methodologies and SCRUM. But this was a wonderful practical learning for me. Keep continuing your work guys. You are rocking. Expecting a similar kind of demo projects. I wish your team all the very best.

Instructive video and I don't think I've seen such an extensive/detailed video of all ceremonies in one video. Point for improvement in my opinion is: 1. the sound (not everyone can be heard clearly); 2. who plays what role in each ceremony. During the Sprint-Review, an overview emerged which was useful to have the whole picture clear Hopefully there will be updates on this extensive video (in 1 video or individual videos per ceremony (which makes it easier to watch I think))

Should PO tell about the product vision and give general info about it every sprint demo? Who should present user stories during the sprint review: tech lead or each sprint it's done by another teammate? What soft is used in 2:03:03? I think it's good to have general sprint review for all teams in a project. What about retro in the case when one SM for several teams?
@CareersTalk2 жыл бұрын
1- it depends on team to team, how complex is product, as team are we clear where we are heading and why we are doing. 2- again no fix patterns, ideally this should be change in every sprint review, encourage team members to come forward and present there own work .3- retrospect session normally are unique to each team, but if you feel there are lots of dependencies issues with other team ,have kind of sync ,connect with other team as well. Again there is no fix . Also remember there is 'retrospect of retrospective '
