3 THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR ANSWER!
NUMBER #1 - Tell the interviewer that you always go out of your way to get on with coworkers because you understand how important collaborative working is.
NUMBER #2 - Show the interviewer you always try to be a better person and that you don’t take things personally.

I have definitely encountered this situation before and have found that while building a rapport one-one outside of the team is beneficial... ultimately, only once I was able to convince the person of the mission was I able to get them to join the forward progress initiative the team required. So, long story- short, I have found it most effective to make it the person's "idea" to drive towards success.

@@ShortStuffOnline went so much better than my first interview. There were 3 people over zoom which had me intimidated at first. But I was able to answer every question. A few times I was shocked by how well I explained their behavioral questions. Either way I’m proud of how it went! If I don’t get it I won’t be upset because I know I answered the best I could.

Is the question "how will you deal with a difficult co-worker" the same as "how will you deal with conflict"?
