Jeff fought hard and long, now we see his story come to an end. I thought it was going to end like “Ender Wish” for a second and have Rain die but nope, Jeff decided to make the selfless decision to sacrifice his own life, to save the ender king, well done JeffVix, well done!

Let’s list all the hero deaths first : Steve, Notch, Jeb, Alec, kumo almost died and so did Layland because he almost got killed by null and herobrine technically saved him but not on purpose though, and now Jeff is prob dead too, and if we could count Jeff’s father for trying to stop herobrine in episode 1

cool, but it doesn't feel like it's a war, as for me it was necessary during the battle of Herobrine and the Rain King to make fighting characters in the background, and then during their battle there is no one around them at all, and in general add more extras

I think they were on a different part of the island, that's why there was no one else around. I also think the point of there not being anyone else around was maybe to draw attention to the fight between Herobrine and King Rain. Maybe to give us no hope that King Rain could be saved after he almost falls off the edge, and Herobrine goes to finish him off. That's why it surprises us when Jeff comes out of nowhere and pushes Herobrine off the edge, Jeff falling with him. If there were other fights going on around them, I don't think theirs would have been as important. But I don't know, it's just a theory.
