Good video. Hey, I notice you are departing from Lawrence, MA airport (KLWM). That's about 10 miles from where I live and I also use that as my "home" airport for GA flights!

I fly a real C90B for a living. I just came across this video. Nice job, but I saw one big mistake. Reading through Carenado's checklist, I see it's their mistake and not yours. Before starting the engines, the Boost Pumps MUST be on, and they need to be left on during the entire time the engines are operating. The Boost Pumps provide head pressure to the engine driven fuel pumps. The engine driven fuel pumps are limited to 10 hours cumulative operation with the boost pumps off. If a Boost Pump fails, we can continue the flight but we have to log the time that we operated without the pump. For each subsequent flight without the Boost Pump operating, we log the additional time we operate without it. When the total time hits 10 hours, the airplane is grounded until the engine driven pump is changed, which I'm sure is quite expensive. With the Boost Pumps on, there's no such limitation. Also, the Beacon Light switch is turned on before starting the engines and left on until the flight is over and the aircraft shut down. That switch controls the red anti-collision beacon lights on top of the tail and under the fuselage. In addition to making us easier for other aircraft to see, they also signal to ground personnel that the airplane is about to start, which is why they need to be on before starting the engines.
