You can faster XP by completing the player contracts and also try getting as many contracts as possible. Premium Pass is totally worth it in LHR. It has very good rewards.

I just got london Heathrow today and I already have more than 20 contracts and I'm already level 10 in 1 day have not yet cargo terminal but I have all the rest main pax terminal and I still have about 357k left
