Hi everybody, I'm Michele Gerson, do you remember me. I used to be one of the twelve first members of staff who worked for Cargolux as the Administration dept with Lucien Schummer, Lucien Hussman. Fernand Kremer, Naomi Gluckstein, Tom Brandenburg, Micky Kaufmann, John Beard etc..... That was from1971 to 1978. Google; I have loaded cargo on the 744 for varied airlines one example is when air China used to bring there 744 combi into Heathrow when I was working for swissport from 2002 to 2004. Cargolux cooperate video shows how a 747 freighter should be handled alike to cowboy ground handing companies out there who are doing the same. Inhouse ground handling is ideal for any cargo airline like cargolux. Its raises staff morale because loading cargo on airplanes is not a easy task and suitable candidates to employ in these kind of work is hardworking people and lazy ones will always have a differculty because not only fmc or beltload work but involves other duties loose baggage courier cargo human remains live animals . other duties are also involved which I can not name because this story will be to long. But I can only say operating a cargo airline like cargolux is a heavy task and can not be run by a cowboy outfit nor cowboy people who I have meet in the industry as I might call it.
