Caribbean CHOCOLATE! The ONLY CHOCOLATE FACTORY in DOMINICA!

Hi David. I believe that this is the end of your visit to the island of Dominica and what a sweet way to end it. You couldn't have had anything purer and more organic than that chocolate. To see the entire process from beginning to end was intriguing. As much cocoa and coffee beans as we had in Trinidad, we used to spread them out in the sun to dry out and then roast them. We used them to make coffee or cocoa tea. No chocolate. You have shown us a process that we don't get to see where big chocolate factories produce their own. I am surprised, though, that he didn't have a ripe cocoa pod so that you could taste the cocoa bean flesh itself. You would have loved it. So, here we are. The end of the road. To all the people and indigenous peoples of Dominica, it was a trip that was worth everything that David put into his visit there. You do have a very beautiful Island, and, it being called 'Nature Island' proved that it merited that title. Thank you to Bongo and all the people who welcomed David and Nathan and showed them such kind and warm hospitality. You all have done yourselves proud. Dominica the beautiful. Proud to call you all fellow West Indians/Caribbean brothers and sisters. So David, where to from here? Waiting to see what's next. David and Nathan, here's a pat on the back for both of you. This was another very interesting video ...the chocolate making ...from seed to chocolate...didn't know so much care and effort goes into gettiing these delicious chocolates...first time knowing about the mango flavoured ones ....The gentleman explained well and I saw the lady really enjoyed seeing you do the sampling of flavours ....And yes Bongo did greatin taking you around. I never knew fermenting was done to get the coco bean to the stage we eat it. Amazing. Thank you for showing us this process :) I can imagine the smell. Heaven in a bean :) I love the process of making the chocolate . This really is educational delicious one even . To have some of that would be heaven. Next trip bring us all back some lol...Thanks for the chocolate trip. I happen to have a big big bar of 75% dark chocolate in the fridge .. Will get me one and drop a piece in my coffee . I visit da mannnnyyy times 4x a yr,since 97,it takes a person or a visitor at least a month to travel around the island,and its heaper to rent a appartment on the island,thango to a hotel guest house or lodge inn,nice place icould live there,bless

Shame on me you discover my island better than me I better do something about it. Since I feel with these 3 cryptic separate pregnancy I have been to stuck in the house with 6 children. The best thing I have alot of time online since I do worldwide marketing and more online I better take the children on some field trips I advice other too do the same. Shame on me need to discover my land. Will start with Morne Anglais view which is minutes from home then down to my flower village to diamond view. Thanks for opening my eyes to enjoying my country.
