Caribbean on Watch for Tropical System...

In this video: The timing of a new tropical storm and what could bring it into the Caribbean, and what could help make it curve away from the Caribbean.
Also, tropical storm to hurricane conditions will move into Eastern North Carolina up through Delmarva. I'm tracking the winds in this system throughout the week --- all in this video.
The next two names are: Ophelia & Philippe.

Early in the morning around 03:30 am their was a very very light shower, could even smell the rain. There is also not much wind today, it's also bit cloudy. This is the alert we got for NJ for this weekend: "Brewing tropical storm to hit US East Coast with heavy rain, wind and rough seas The strengthening storm will cause a slew of coastal hazards and power outages as it delivers soaking rain and wind along the Eastern Seaboard - and perhaps well inland."
