After my boat trip down the Indian River to the Bush Bar in the jungles of Dominica, I got a haircut right in the middle of the rainforest!
HAIRCUT: My new friend Darryl gave me a haircut in the middle of the jungle, along the wooden walkway leading to the Bush Bar. First, he used several different clippers to shave my head, and then he trimmed up my beard and sideburns nicely. The whole experience was so relaxing, I fell asleep a few times!

You can hear his accent changing to ours. Lol. Man Dominica is one of the fastest places for visitors to just become part of and fit in. Certain kinds of visitors that is. It always amazes how quickly people become tuned into Dominica issues and culture, especially when they start sounding like Dominican

I enjoyed the experience. The synchronicity between the sound of the electric shaver and the bird chirping in it's natural habitat was real nice, kinda like communication happening between the two. Hair cut in the bush, now that deserves a "wow." The sounds of nature, the greenery, relaxation and a warm and friendly barber adds to it all. I walked away with a good feeling that everything doesn't have to be fast paced or rush rush, but opportunities for rest and relaxation especially in such a case as shown in this video adds meaning to life and should be taken advantage of. Sometimes it's worth trading in the fancier things in life for the simple things. Dominica offers a breath of fresh air. Thanks again David. We appreciate you. Keep going and we love you.

Good morning David: well I have mixed feelings about this one. It was nice to have the shave in such natural surroundings but the camera was a bit too far off that it looked fuzzy at times and the camera angle was off as well. As to shaving the beard, I was a bit disappointed because there was an unevenness in that I can see patches especially on the right side. Thought you were going to get a clean shave. If you want to get rid of the dryness in your skin, do NOT use bath soap. Grate ginger and rub it all over your face and leave it until you are ready to wash it off. Your skin will naturally moisturize and become soft. I was not impressed with the shave. Take care. Got my email this morning and I will be watching for the rest of this series.🙏❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦

Adem Huseinovic: I thought I was the only one who heard that David said "clean shave". I am glad you heard that too. I was disappointed in this one because it was uneven. Even the pattern by which he shaved his head. It's forward first to prevent in-grown hairs and then backwards. I think David is too polite to correct him but I was very disappointed.🇹🇹🇨🇦
