Simply marvelous review. This place has been on my bucket list for years. I hear they upgrade people quite often. Even from Anse Chastanet. I also heard to get as high (in elevation😁) as possible, because the bugs are less bothersome.

Upgrades are possible but all depends on availability. Either way, all the rooms are magnificent! With regards to the bugs, didn't have an issue but do recall that room had a bottle of insect repellent so there if needed. Bed in under a mosquito net.

Justice said we broke His perfect law - causing the world's previous perfection to be destroyed - and therefore we deserve Hell (like a punishment in any legal system but this is eternal as His perfect law is eternal too). Don't think you fit in that category? Ever done one of these?: lying, stealing - regardless of how small the object EVER, hating others - which is murder in God's perfect law, lusting (plus God sees our entire thought life). Justice says "the soul that sins shall die". BUT, mercy said "I dont want to give them what they deserve. I don't want them to be cut off from Me. I love them despite all they have done/will do against Me. I want to give My children another chance. I want them to come home and live in My love again". He is in Heaven right now preparing a place for us so that He can take His faithful, believing children home with Him when He returns. He will ressurrect us from death when He returns, giving mercy to those who accept His love, instruction and teachings in their life, and give justice to those who refuse it. He doesn't want ANY of us to go to Hell and die for continuing in evil and rejecting His way to life, thats why He died FOR us. He wants us to be His and begin to follow His life of love and service through Him (not ourselves as it's impossible without depending on His power and instruction). So long as we keep our hearts near to Christ through His strength, strive to obey His will of perfect love revealed in the Bible, and ask Him to help us in the midst of (very certain) pitfalls and struggles, we will, in time, win the victory over sin, pain and DEATH through Christ. Even if you are willing to be made willing, pray for Jesus to come in and He will. NOTE: You are NEVER too sinful or messed up that God cannot turn your life around through Jesus. EVER. You are correct, the room doesn't have an air conditioning unit since one wall is open. That said, didn't feel hot but if I was, perfect way to cool down would be to take a dip in private infinity pool.

They have got a helipad about a 5-minute drive from the resort, and use for transferring people to/from the airport. Whether it is used for excursions to Saint Vincent, not sure but you can ask. Failing that, they could perhaps arrange for you to sail across.

I think of many cons that discourage me from going to a place like this: the bathroom has no privacy at all, neither from noise nor smells. The room has no walls, bugs, mosquitoes, birds, snakes get in, that seems horrible to me. There is no TV to enjoy a movie at night. There is no air conditioning and don't tell me that if I'm hot I should get in the pool, maybe I don't feel like getting wet, maybe I just want to take a nap without sweating like a marathon runner. The noises in the room, especially from sex, could be heard if you are a noisy person. And finally the scariest thing: think that you could walk around naked in your room and/or have sex, and anywhere in those mountains in front or in the water on any boat or coast, someone could be with their binoculars/telescope/spyglass watching you and even recording you. That seems horrible to me. The room should first be divided with glass from the bathroom for better privacy. Then do the same at least for the bedroom area, glass walls, curtains and air conditioning. And in the living room where the table and the pool are, add a large TV. For what that place costs, all these modifications should be included.

You are being way too negative. Also, if the modifications you mention were made, it would be just another boring hotel. So no, let it stay the way it is. Its a beautiful hotel and like most, I had a wonderful time when I stayed there.
