Caribe Hilton Hotel Review - Best Luxury Hotel in Puerto Rico, San Juan ?

My Mother worked for 25 years until retiring at the Caribe Hilton Hotel. As a young kid growing up in Puerto Rico, I always tried to visit her and sneak up to the "14th" floor station. Security always caught us. :-)) Now, I'm a retiree living in Germany. Thank you so much for posting. Y'all given me a real tour of the room's and the premises. I'll tell her about it when we speak on the phone again. Gracias.

It was great!!! The pools were fantastic.. mojitos was under renovations... we ate at fogo which was walking distance away which was nice.. salsa lessons on the beach.. last day we checked out the old san juan forts.... great time overall.... they got rid of the parrots!!! I was so mad.. haha

Next time use ESJ or the Ritz Carlton

My other recommendation would be to stay elsewhere on the island, one of the smaller islands off PR, El Conquistador hotel.

It’s a great hotel, but I imagine, like most hotels, there can be a bad room or experience. Speaking Spanish could potentially help communicate issues, but also maybe not.
