I love how the video gives a whole new meaning to the track, making it about the long lasting love which keeps going even in the face of loneliness and loss.

Funny I live right next to this place, its called Lough Ine and its in the very Southwest of Ireland, its actually Europes only saltwater lake...anyway as a kid I always wanted to know what that house at the top of the lake was like inside, now I know

So it gets ... finally on video does not occur musicians from Caribou, which is to manufacture video team from Europe?
@MartinaBKavur7 жыл бұрын
it's not actually Europe's only saltwater lake, e.g. Mir lake (Croatia) or Rusanda lake (Serbia) etc....

Hipster? This has to be cool? Perhaps a more suitable word eclecticism.

terrific as always, Caribou. great video, too, but it raises some feelings in me that are kind of conflicting. if someone wants to read this and reply go ahead but if not oh well... so i have a beautiful, dope girlfriend. i have such love for her but im also very young and have my natural instincts to want to experience other girls. we both know we love each other but also recognize that were young (19) and ought to experience things. i mean, we agree were probably gonna be with others at some point and possibly rekindle our love a bit later. but idkkkkk ahhh. advise me if you will, anyone! i wanna keep loving this girl but also experience others at this stage in life. o.0

+Ryan Bergen Many points come to mind. I've been in a relationship with a girl for 6 1/2 years now. It's my third relationship. We're both 25. I feel that this comes down to you as a person. Personally I feel like if you have any feeling that you want to go "experience" other girls, then you're not destined to be with the current one. If anything you're letting your selfishness take over a perfectly fine relationship because part of you wants to seek the unknown. There is nothing wrong with wanting to go through more experiences in life, but to feel in any way that you and this girl will end up on the same page years later is fooling both of you. My first gf, I thought I loved her. I stayed with her for 2 1/2 years. She taught me what I did want in a relationship but even moreso what I DIDN'T want. All I can say is you can't predict the future, but you can make choices right now. If you feel like you can't settle with this current girl without that tug in your head telling you to go make "more experiences" then drop her and fool around. I can almost guarantee you that you're making a mistake.

as much as i don't wanna be the guy to say this, "it's complicated." we went strong for around 2 years, but always felt a little something between us like we wanted to experience other things. we broke up, didnt too to much when single, maybe a little hook ups here or there. but then dated again. when we dated again it was nice but we still kinda wanted other things. then we broke up again, and we arent currently dating. but we do hang out and honestly have such love for each other. i just feel sometimes like were meant to be best friends. but i want it to be romantic and i want to be her man because i have such love for her- and i genuinely care about her so so deeply. but i just dont know if were romantically compatible. we might be, but so far it seems like weve wanted to seek other things sexually/romantically. thanks.

Ryan Bergen and now... how is it going? your history is one of many that may seem ordinary but it has its particularities and I think that's what make it valuable so I would like to know... what happened and, what did this event give to you?
