So beautiful....it is sad that I may not get to come to Korea for cherry blossoms. My son comes home after 10 years of living and working in Seoul, permanently, tomorrow. We are all going to miss Korea and hope to visit in a few years. In the meantime, Cari Cakes will keep Seoul in both my son's and my hearts.

this gave me just a flood of memories from my 2019 trip to South Korea. I've been to most of the places in this video and that just gave me so much feels (even the part with rushing to catch the train because of some miscalculation LOL). absolutely fell in love with gyeongju and its unique charm (the modern buildings but with traditional roofings, the gyeongju bread thing near the tombs, that one pasta place i cant remember the name of, and the makgeolli omg). I'm itching to go back and explore more cities outside seoul when things are better. great video as always. at this point your videos are already part of my self-care sessions :)

I've been to Gyeongju in 2012 fall time but I still remember it, especially Bulguksa temple. I want to go there again, I love history and Gyeongju being the ancient capital, it was full of those beautiful historical places.

I just watched your Busan video last night and so long to see cherry blossoms in person again (where I live it's too cold year round for cherry trees), brought me back to when I was there end of March 2019, Gyeongju is definitely on my list of places to visit when we can travel again! Had planned to come back to Korea last May (2020) and then tentatively had planned for this year, now hoping and praying for maybe 2022. Thank you as always for allowing us to live vicariously through you in the meantime, stay safe!
