Carina Kamptner and Petra Isepp are the program managers of the interdisciplinary AEMS summer university located in Vienna!
The program follows a holistic approach and focuses on innovative approaches for a more sustainable economic and financial system. During the program, different concepts are discussed in an international and intercultural setting, such as the Economy for the Common Good, Doughnut Economics or Degrowth, and - focusing more on the monetary system - complementary currencies, sovereign money, ethical banking and many more! 💰🌿
AEMS is a collaboration project between @oeadstudenthousingOeAD - an Austrian non-profit provider of student accommodation, offering accommodation in energy efficient passive house student guesthouses, BOKU Vienna and @ECOnGOOD_org . Following their vision of sustainable accommodation, OeAD student housing also offers the summer university “Green.Building.Solutions.”, GBS vienna, which specializes on ecological building and engineering expertise. 🏠🙌
