Carina is one of my oldest friends, and this song grew into a special meaning in mine and my profoundly disabled sibling's hearts when one morning looked at me with so much love, and I realised all that time, not knowing how much was understood, my sibling had loved me for years, and I'd missed out. A few years later, my sibling passed. I played this song at the funeral. It's one of her most beautiful. But I can't listen to it now without collapsing into a ball and crying. Carina, I know this song was a gift to your friends in how you had everyone sing in the choir, and your mother and Kurt send their audio..... Being sent home from university early because of coronavirus, listening to this song whilst sitting in my halls room. Thinking about all of the memories I’ve made with my new friends over the last 7 months, all the fantastic experiences I’ve had, and everything I’ve learned about myself. Listening to this on good headphones, I really appreciate having a male voice as a high harmony for her voice. It's a little weird on paper, but turns out very rich. This band should be much more popular than it is, and I hope they have a US tour someday.
