Caring For Yourself As You Care For Others

Last year, we had the pleasure of having Dr. Gloria Morrow a well-known, highly-respected, and award-winning, clinical psychologist share with a group of pastors' wives on the topic of caring for yourself as you care for others. The teaching was so good, that we wanted to share it with our broader audience.
Dr. Morrow shares her expertise on many topics including depression, anxiety, marriage, and relationship issues. She is an accomplished author who has been featured in multiple publications and appeared on many national network news programs. She feels called to serve the Lord by serving others and we are glad she is a member of the Pastors’ Wives Ministry community.

Thank you for this video. I found it by accident, but God knew I needed to hear this. I take care of my father-in-law in addition to caring for my family. We are going through learning curves and some emotional/mental hardships. I know some of the answers, but I can't make anyone else do for themselves what they need to be doing. I can only do what I need to do and I see that I haven't been taking good care of myself because I put others before me and got overwhelmed. So thank you, thank you and thank you again for this video. Each of you involved in this blessed me today. I pray God pours blessings upon blessings on each of you today and always.
