CARITAS (Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist)

A short film about the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, in Ann Arbor, Mich. It was created for a digital film festival by four 20-somethings with one camera, one day to shoot, one computer and one day to edit in mid-July 2007.

It is so beautiful when men and women are called to be priests and nuns. Satan attacks them the most. Satan is not in the cheap motels or theaters where porn is shown; he's in the seminaries and convents trying to ruin vocations. They need constant prayers and support, as many don't make it.

Yes, I think we are all getting a little tired of selfishness being promoted as the only meaningful virtue. Perhaps the witness of the new religious will remind people of those "invisible products."

could it be possible that the highest virtue of womanhood is being a mother? Creation is the one sacred Godlike attribute he has extended to us. To be able to take part in creation, and being a parent should be encouraged for all. I feel bad that you gals are celibate, God would want his leaders of his church to be family people and not miss out on that divine gift

@smp236520 uuuummmm you cut your hair because your worldly beauty isn't supposed to matter. some sisters wear white habbits because they are novices and they have not taken their vows yet. the sisters who wear black habits because they are either temporarily professed in their vows or they have taken their final vows.
