1. How many sets of codes can be programmed? Let's say I have other family members in the household that uses the car. Husband, Wife, Kids? Master code (allows changing all the code)? and User Codes (Can't change codes)? 2. How does the valet / service mode work? 3. Can the system link to the opening of the driver's door and disables/immobilize the engine. In this scenario; owner gets car jacked at a gas station or traffic light. Owner get pulled out of vehicle without a chance to shut the engine shut with the push button start/stop.

1. not sure about that. 2. you would press the assigned button to enter the valet/service mode . It will stay in that mode untill you turn it off .The service/valet mode there has a speed limit ( i believe its 30miles/h), if you go over that limit ( lets say car has been stolen) the system automatically goes back to normal mode and will ask you for a pass key. If you fail to enter it , the older systems would shut the engine off ( only when your speed drops to something like 30 miles/h and it depends on the make and model and a countrys law), on curent systems I think the system might only flash hazzard light, might sound a horn, but due to a safety conserns wont shut the engine off ( again might be different in other countries). 3. the system is linked to a cars seat sensors. So every time you get out of your car while engine is running, you will have to put the pass key in. If someone throws you out of your car and drives away, the system will ask for the pass key and if the pass key is not entered, it will shut the engine off ( older systems)when the car is at safe distance from you( about 400 yards) and moving below ~30 miles/h Nowadays it would probably be flashing all the lights and maybe sounding the horn.

So there is no traditional code ie: maiden name, favorite colour, etc. It is based on what switches or buttons you press, and how many times you press the buttons or switches? Many thanks.

I have a vehicle that I purchased as salvage stolen and recovered I can get to run but it shuts down and will not start again until I reinitialise vehicle with diagnostic on vehicle it is saying on diagnostic check for aftermarket immobiliser /alarm how do you think is best way to proceed how can I find out what system is fitted most people suggest it will be ghost system 20 plate wild track ranger very grateful for any suggestions or help you can give going forward I’m based in Essex I have 2 keys programmed to vehicle just remembered that as that is question some one asked thanks

You don't need to re-enter the code with stop-start, the Ghost 2 is compatible with stop-start systems and the engine will restart as normal.

I read all the said comments below and the last few comments are very disturbing because your team are thieves or one member who implemented and installed the system used the credit card to purchase flights to travel abroad if this is true did you reprimand the thief and how has this now reflected on the business because I was eager to have the ghost2 fitted asap but after reading this crazy outrageous thievery I may use another company..I need some serious reassurances now about your company policies on this matter.? Let me know asap.

@@CarkeyssolutionsUk If it is a disgruntled customer then my advice is have that comment immediately removed by contacting KZbin as this has inadvertently caused a negative outlook on your company name.As a businessman myself even one comment left on trust pilot websites has a huge repercussions on reputation,you know the score buddy. I am a prime example if and when I spend good money on a product then not only should the service be exceptional & exemplary but also ,integrity must be seen. If a credit card was stolen or.cloned by a team member if concocted and fabricated then again this is a serious accusation,impacting on your business,I’d be fuming with anger.
